I am reporting a problem:
Citroen C5 X7 2,0 HDI 163PS year of construction 2014 Orga: 13609; VF7RWRHHAEL502563.
Nothing worked anymore - no radio - no sat nav - no clock - no distance warning..etc....
The device was repaired in Poland - micro SD card replaced and new data loaded - and installed today - but unfortunately the radio does not emit any sound - the speakers remain mute and it displays 4 errors which cannot be cancelled.
All other functions are OK (sat nav/clock/distance warning etc.)
Error: in the telematics control unit RNEG2010
C94E Front right audio output error//local//circuit interruption
C94F Front left audio output error//local//circuit interruption
C950 Rear right audio output error//local//circuit interruption
C951 Rear left audio output error//local//circuit interruption
No error is stored in the audio amplifier control unit.
According to the Service hotline, the box has a total of 9 loudspeakers and one amplifier
4 speakers 6562Q7 - 4 speakers 6562 Q6 and one amplifier BA speaker 6562 X7
Unfortunately, I have the question of the Polish repair company
"Is there a JBL multiplex amplifier/bass tube in the boot?" incorrectly with no and thus triggered the problem
What options do I have to correct this - a diagnostic device without internet access is available.
Can someone help me and, if necessary, show me the way to the diagnostic device.
