4 and 16 = 12,95v
4 and 5 = 0 ohm
4 or 5 to ground is 40 ohms but measured on ionized screw in doorframe, so 40 ohms is perhaps not accurate.
5 and 16 = 12,95v
(Just charged the battery)
Ignition off.
1 and 4 is 12,65v ignition on.
No pins bend on actia or on obd connector.
4 and 5 = 0 ohm
